Details

Each pair of Bruce+Bolt batting gloves are handmade by skilled craftsmen using only the highest quality 0.9mm Cabretta leather and stitching techniques which makes our gloves buttery soft but more durable than any other glove on the market.

Cabretta leather is the highest quality leather in the world. It offers superior “feel” and durability characteristics and it’s also unbelievably soft! So soft, players can’t believe how great these gloves feel when they first try them on. And Bruce+Bolt gloves don’t get hard and stiff and if they do simply rub leather conditioner or mink oil inside and out and they’ll be as soft as when you bought them. Bruce+Bolt worked with physiologists and former D1 college players to validate our Long Cuff glove design. Their stabilizing cuff secures the wrist across the back of the hand and our heavy duty elastic wrap adds support and power. Their design provides protection against nagging wrist injuries while also creating a more powerful swing and unmatched wrist support at contact. It’s unlike any other glove in baseball.

They studied the human hand to understand where we could refine the design of our gloves to fit better than any other in baseball. The fingers pinch to follow the conical shape of the human finger and the palm is curved to follow the medial articulation (the curve) of the wrist. The design not only makes their gloves more comfortable but it also makes Bruce+Bolt gloves more durable because there isn’t any unnecessary stitching near the major wear points on the glove.

  • Highest quality, most durable batting glove in baseball
  • 0.9MM cabretta leather doesn't get hard and stiff
  • Patent pending double inverse cuff for support and power
  • Designed to fit

Quality, Quality, Quality

I bought a white pair of the long cuff gloves at a tournament in Houston at the beginning of the summer and now bought a second pair in black. Wanted both colors.

Houston is hot (I play men's league hardball) and I leave my baseball bag with all my gear in the trunk of my car. All the other brands of gloves i've tried share the same problem- they get sweaty, then dry out, get brittle and "crack" and rip, and they fall apart at the stitching.

Not these gloves!...the pair I've had all summer long have been in my bag (stored in a hot trunk in the garage) and they are still soft yet durable; the stitching is in tact. They fit well and don't lose their shape.

Are they more expensive than some of the other brands- yes. But in the 3 months I've had the first white pair, any other brand I would have bought 2-3 more pair to replace. Quality over quantity, an investment in batting gloves that are simply awesome...
