All orders placed through are subject to our verification process for order accuracy and authorized valid payment. For security reasons, we may contact you via email or phone requesting additional information to validate your order.

Order Confirmation

A confirmation displaying an order number will appear on the checkout page immediately after your order is submitted. If an order confirmation did not appear after the final submit button, we may have received your order, but communication from our server to your computer was interrupted. Please contact Customer Service to verify if your order had been received.

You will also receive an order confirmation via email after completing your order online or by phone. An email address is required so that we may keep you informed on the status of your order. Order Processing Time

It may take approximately one or two business days to process an order before it ships, provided that the merchandise is in stock and that we are able to complete the address verification and payment process. The estimated time of arrival is determined by the chosen method of shipping and the carrier's local delivery guidelines. Express orders placed before 1:00 PM Central typically ship same day. Express orders placed after 1:00 PM Central on a Friday will ship the following Monday. Orders containing customized products will be held until the custom product has been made. Please allow 1 business day to process orders for E-Gift Certificates.

Order Status & Tracking

A shipping confirmation email including carrier-specific tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of item shipping. For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning. Most orders will be shipped FedEx, however, we do utilize USPS for some cases.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to make changes to your order? We are happy to help. You have 30 minutes to change or cancel your order during normal business hours. Once your order status has been updated to "Processed" it cannot be cancelled.

We are unable to reinstate an order once it has been cancelled. You may place a new order, subject to our current availability and pricing.

Shipping Address Changes

For the security of our customers, we are unable to make changes to shipping addresses and all shipments must be sent to an authorized cardholder address. If you need to change an address, you may cancel the existing order if it hasn't been processed for shipping; and the place a new order with the corrected shipping address.

Most couriers allow you the ability to have a package held at a local customer center. This can usually be arranged online through the couriers' website. Not all shipments are eligible for this service and it is controlled by the shipping courier. Please contact the courier directly to arrange for this service.


Occasionally we offer our customers the opportunity to pre-order products due to their limited availability and/or popularity. By placing a pre-order, you will be among the first to receive the latest items. When you place a pre-order, either over the phone or through the website, your order is placed on hold until the product arrives at our warehouse. Your credit card is charged when the order is placed. When the product arrives, your order is shipped within 48 hours. Your order may be cancelled up until your order is processed for shipping, but not after.

Delivery dates are estimates only and may be subject to change without notice. Estimates that we provide are based on the delivery dates the manufacture provides to us. Complications such as logistics, production delays and product shortages may arise. These factors are outside of our control. Drop Shipping

In some circumstances will arrange for the item to be shipped directly from our source in order to help you avoid a longer wait time (e.g. special order item, or in the unusual event that a backordered item is not expected to arrive at our warehouse within a reasonable time. E-Gift Certificates are not valid at our retail locations and are valid only for the site from which they were issued. E-Gift Certificates are generally processed within 1 Business Day and they can be emailed directly to you or the recipient. Rebound Rewards Loyalty Program is proud to offer our very own loyalty program, Rebound Rewards. Customers can earn between $5 and $9 for every $100 they spend on eligible product. The reward a customer qualifies for, is dependent on which tier they are apart of. The tier is based on the amount a customer has spent while logged in to their customer account over the past 365 days. Participation in Rebound Rewards requires a valid e-mail address. Standard Shipping Information

Standard Shipping is available to all locations in the United States, including Alaska & Hawaii. Orders placed with Standard Shipping are typically processed within 48 hours. To expedite the shipping process and minimize delays, please ensure that all supplied billing information is accurate, and that any alternate delivery address is on file with your bank or credit card company. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Our carrier delivers shipments seven days a week to residential addresses in major metropolitan areas, six days a week to residential address in suburban areas (M-Sa), and five days a week to commercial addresses (M-F). The Time-In-Transit map below estimates the number of business days required for you to receive your order once it has shipped from our distribution center in Texas. Express Shipping Information

We understand that when you place an order, you want your gear as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen! Express orders placed by 1:00 PM Central, typically ship the same business day if all items are in-stock and the payment has been processed. Most of the items we sell will ship quickly and be at your door fast. Our distribution center is in Texas. While we will do our best to ship from our main distribution center to you, not all items will ship from there. In some cases, we will split the order and ship each package out to you individually. In other cases, we may need to consolidate the items in one location to ship out as one package. We utilize our best judgment to get the products to you as quickly as possible. Two Day Shipping: Delivery by the end of the second full business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is shipped out on Monday, it will arrive on Wednesday. If the order is placed Monday night and ships out on Tuesday, it will arrive on Thursday. If an order is placed on Thursday night, and is shipped out on Friday, it will arrive on Tuesday.

Next Day Shipping: Delivery the next business day after an order has shipped. An order that ships out on Thursday with Next-Day delivery would be delivered on Friday. An order shipping out on Friday with Next Day delivery would arrive on Monday.

United States Postal Service

If the destination address is a PO Box or an APO/FPO, your order will ship via USPS. We will provide tracking information via email after your order has shipped. Items delivered to a PO Box or an APO/FPO will be delivered in approximately 7 to 10 business days. Final delivery for APO/FPO destinations will be subject to the terms and conditions of the APO/FPO services. Not all items can be shipped via USPS. Some items that are shipped via USPS may be subject to an additional shipping charge. If necessary, will contact you before the order is processed.

International Shipping

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ADVISORY: Orders shipped via Expedited International Shipping may require additional time in transit due to the increase in package volume as a result of COVID-19. General Shipping Information

Order Pick-Ups: Orders leaving are picked up Monday through Fridays only. Typically, orders placed by 1:00 PM Central will ship the same day provided that all items are in stock and the shipping and billing information has been verified.

Holidays: Orders are not picked up on the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Will Call Pick-Up

While we don’t offer Will Call Pick-Up for online orders, you may shop our fully stocked retail store in Allen, TX which is attached to our main distribution center. Items not available on the floor can be retrieved within 10-15 minutes.

Oversized Merchandise

Some products on may be subject to oversized shipping fees. Typically wheeled equipment bags, equipment racks, picthing machines, pitchbacks, screens, balls, and cages may require an oversized shipping fee. These fees are in addition to the cost of shipping and will be denoted on the product page.

Non-Deliverable Addresses

Due to courier limitations, we are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes via FedEx. Orders placed with a P.O. Box address will be shipped using United States Postal Service Priority.

Delivery Attempts

Typically, packages will be left at your door and do not require a signature. Some orders are drop shipped directly from a vendor, and those vendors may require a signature on their shipments. If you would like signature required added to your order, please contact customer service before placing your order.

Orders with Signature Confirmation: The shipping courier will make two attempts to deliver your merchandise and will leave a door tags notifying you of the attempt. If the package is deemed undeliverable after the third attempt, the product will be returned to our warehouse. You will be credited for the price of the merchandise minus the actual cost of shipping and the cost of return shipping. All credits will be applied to the original payment method.

Most couriers allow you the ability to have a package held at a local customer center. This can usually be arranged online through the couriers' website. If the package is deemed undeliverable the shipment will be treated as a refused delivery.


Return Policy

We want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return an unused item within 1 Year from the original date of purchase for a refund or store credit, except for the items listed below as Not Eligible for Return. Items that are being returned must be in new and unused condition. All original boxes, bags, packaging, and literature must be in new condition and included with the product. Please make sure the items you wish to return meet these criteria prior to initiating a return.

All product returns require a Return Authorization Number. Items purchased from are not eligible for returns or exchanges at our retail locations. Items purchased from a MonkeySports SuperStore may only be returned or exchanged at a MonkeySports SuperStore. The return policy for our MonkeySports SuperStores differs from our website, please contact the nearest MonkeySports SuperStore for additional details.

Items Not Eligible for Return: Although we have a very flexible return policy on most of the items we sell, there are some exceptions. The following items may not be returned under any circumstances:

  • - Unwrapped Bats - DO NOT take the plastic wrapper off of your new bat until you are certain it is the correct weight or size. Once the plastic wrapper has been removed, the bat cannot be returned to™

How to Return Merchandise

Returning merchandise is as easy as 1-2-3 at

  1. Call Customer Service at 888-286-6169 to initiate your merchandise return. Be prepared with your order number, the item you wish to return and explain why you want to return it. You will be assigned a Return Authorization number over the phone.
  2. Fully fill out the Return Authorization form (Download below or use the back side of your packing slip). Make sure to fill in the return authorization number that was given to you by customer service over the phone.
  3. Package and ship the Merchandise within 30 days of being issued your Return Authorization number (RA#). Don’t forget to place your Return Authorization Form inside the package.

Once we receive your package, please allow 5-10 days for us to inspect, approve and process the return.

A Return Authorization Number expires 30 days from the date of issue. Expired Return Authorizations will be refused and returned. We will be more than happy to issue another Return Authorization number if the product is within the return window. Simply call our customer service department to obtain a new number.

Returned merchandise must be in original condition and include all factory packed accessories and paperwork (e.g. straps, unmarked warranty card, manuals etc.), in the original manufacturer bag/box and packaging with UPC, barcode, and serial number intact. Incomplete returns will receive a reduced credit reflecting any missing accessories, packaging or literature.

Please take special care when opening products shipped in plastic clamshell packaging as we may be unable to accept a return for items with destroyed or damaged packaging. Removal or alteration of a product's UPC number or serial number label will automatically void any possibility of return for credit or replacement. Products that are returned to with a missing or altered UPC or serial number will be returned to the sender. The product serial number must match the serial number in our database ( maintains serial number tracking).

Return merchandise must be double boxed with no writing on the manufacturer's box. We will not, under any circumstances, accept a return that uses a cleat or shoe box as the outer box even if the items inside are different than what is depicted on the box. Your Return Authorization Number must be displayed prominently on the outside of the shipping box. Packages without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. Refused deliveries will be subject to a return shipping fee. Returned merchandise that is lost or damaged during transit is solely the shipper's responsibility. Return Shipping

Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to our warehouse) is like or comparable to your cost of driving to any store for returning an item, which is not reimbursable. Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping cost.


If you purchased a product from us that you wish to exchange for an alternative, you can return the item for a refund or store credit and simply place a new order for the item you desire. A refund cannot be applied to a new purchase.

Please note that our Return Policy applies, only items eligible for a return may be returned for a refund or store credit. It may take 5-10 days for a return to be received, inspected and processed.

Refunds & Store Credit

Please view our Return Policy for a list of what is considered ineligible for Return. Refunds do not apply to the cost of shipping or oversized handling charges. The customer is responsible for the actual price of shipping even if the shipping was free or discounted. In some cases, the actual price of shipping may exceed the amount originally charged for shipping, the difference in shipping cost will be deducted from any refund. Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase 5-10 days after the returned merchandise has been received, inspected and processed.

Store Credit issued for purchases previously made on, are only valid on We are unable to issue Store Credits for use on any of our other websites or MonkeySports SuperStores.

Redeeming Store Credit: If you have received store credit from a previous merchandise return, please enter the store credit order number in the ‘Order Comments’ section while placing your order online. Once our customer service team has had a chance to review your order, your store credit will be applied, and any pending authorization will be removed or reduced depending on the balance. Please note that even if your store credit amount covers the entire cost of the order, a credit card number is still required to submit the order. Please make sure you have enough funds to cover the transaction prior to submitting your order.

Defective Items

An item that was discovered to be defective upon receipt can be replaced or returned for a full refund if the item hasn't been used. Please contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt so we may arrange for a replacement or return shipping. Replacement product will be shipped free of charge.

Items that are deemed defective after use, are subject to the terms of a brands warranty coverage, if eligible.

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery, a credit will be issued for the price of the merchandise minus the actual cost of shipping and the cost of return shipping. All credits will be applied to the original payment method.

Damaged & Lost Items

All Packages are inspected for damage before they ship from our warehouse. If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact customer service immediately. We must be informed of all shipping related claims within 48 hours after the package was received. Shipping Claims are handled directly by on your behalf. To help us speed up the process of resolving your claim, please provide pictures of the damaged packaging, shipping label and products.

Should your package be deemed Lost in Transit, please contact customer service immediately so we may assist you in arranging for replacement product or a refund.

Please allow 1 to 8 days for the processing of claims for lost U.P.S shipments and up to 40 days for lost U.S.P.S shipments.

Missing Items

While we will do our best to ship from our distribution center to you, not all items will shop from there. In some cases, we will split the order and ship each package out to you individually. This may prompt a customer to think an item is missing from their shipment. Prior to contacting us regarding missing items, please cross check the items on the packing slip with the items in the shipment. Verify that you didn't receive an out of stock email, informing you that an item or items were out of stock. If you think an item is missing from your shipment, please contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery.

Gift Items

Items sent as a promotional gift (Gift With Purchase) are required to be returned if the qualifying product is returned for a refund or store credit. If the gift item is not returned, the current purchase price of the item will be deducted from the refund or store credit. Gift items or items received as a gift with purchase cannot be exchanged or returned for refund or store credit unless the qualifying purchase items for the gift are returned.


General Warranty Information

Baseball Monkey™ will warranty your product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the original purchase date (excluding bats, see Baseball/Softball Bat Warranty Information). If a product is covered by this warranty MonkeySports will repair at our discretion using new or refurbished components, or if a repair is not possible - issue a replacement. This warranty covers defects in manufacturing discovered while using the product as recommended by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover lost or stolen items, nor does coverage extend to damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or improper storage conditions. The warranty does not cover parts that are subject to normal wear and tear.

Baseball/Softball Bat Warranty Information

DO NOT take the plastic wrapper off of your new bat until you are certain it is the correct weight or size. Once the plastic wrapper is taken off, the bat cannot be returned to™. To ensure proper sizing, have the player swing the bat outside. If the bat is, or becomes, defective, the bat MUST be returned directly to the manufacturer. Defective bat returns CANNOT be accepted by™.
