Helmet: Sized by hat size. If hat size is not known, measure head circumference around where a hat would be worn. If in between sizes, All-Star recommends sizing down.
Chest Protector: Measure chest from the belly button up to the indent between the collarbones at the base of the neck. If in between sizes, All-Star recommends sizing up.
Leg Guards: While seated, measure from the center of the knee cap down to the knot at the top of the catcher's cleats. If in between sizes, All-Star recommends sizing up.
