Warranty:

• G-Form, LLC (“G-Form”) warrants to the original purchaser that G-Form® products (“Product(s)”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of purchase. Because G-Form cannot control the quality of Products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to Products that were purchased from G-Form or a G-Form authorized seller, unless otherwise prohibited by law. G-Form Products are legitimately sold only by authorized sellers that are required to follow G-Form’s policies, procedures, and quality control standards. G-Form reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites.
• If a claim is made under this warranty and, after investigation by G-Form, proves to be valid, G-Form, in its sole discretion, will replace the defective Product either with an identical Product or with the closest comparable model available at the time.
• This warranty lasts for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase and extends to the original purchaser only (i.e., coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer your G-Form Product).
• This warranty does not cover any defects due to normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, abuse, alteration to the Product, tampering with the Product, or negligence.
